You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the website due to circumstances beyond our control, or within our control..

Product Availability/Responsibilities
Lead time is dependent on stock availability, courier availability and order processing time.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We sell the goods to you on the following basis:

we will choose the way of packaging and the goods unless agreed otherwise;
we will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order and funds reflect in our bank account,
risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery;

For international shipments (Outside South Africa), the terms followed is Ex Works (EXW). The buyer shall take full responsibility for all logistics, customs and transport costs. Ownership of the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full; and you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law.

Delivery Policy
When you make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card/debit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions.

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset. Risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. The Buyer is liable for all transport, customs, logistics , handling, administration and ALL other associated fees once the product leaves our premise.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.

Order Processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Returns, Order Cancellations, and Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Aluray Group is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Aluray Group may contact you with options, but this is not an obligation.

All orders may be dispatched via door-to-door, this may be discussed prior to purchase. A delivery being delayed due to circumstances outside of our control is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Aluray Group.

Orders that are cancelled through no fault of Aluray Group may incur a 10% handling fee.

If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. If the product is not what you ordered, we will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit or refund you. If the product is broken or damaged in transit, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the product was appropriately insured prior to transit. If the product you receive is damaged and broken due to Aluray Group, Aluray Group will conduct an investigation and depending on the findings, we will make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit or refund you. Note, full product responsibility falls with the buyer immediately after the product leaves Aluray Group premises.

Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Aluray Group endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Aluray Group may assist with providing information of customs and handling costs, however this full responsibility and costs lies with the buyer.

Aluray Group reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Updating of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Consent
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Aluray Group and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Aluray Group for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
